The 2012 Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, 17 May 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE at 11.00am.

As at 17 May 2012 the total number of issued ordinary shares of 5 pence each fully paid up in Prudential plc in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights, and the total number of votes that members are entitled to exercise in respect of those issued ordinary shares, at the Annual General Meeting of Prudential plc to be convened on 17 May 2012 was 2,551,714,945.
